4. Pick-up from our retail shop (Form Floral @ the Fred, 1215 E. Missouri Avenue, Suite 1, Phoenix, AZ 85014) is completely free but if you want to skip the hassle and have it delivered, we can totally arrange that for you. Delivery fees vary based on your location. (Phoenix Metro Area only)
